It's so important to point out the situation. Harvard and academia like diversity of skin color, not diversity of thought.

It is too bad that the black community does not rally around people like Roland Fryer but instead lets race hucksters like Claudine Gay take center stage.

I think that Fraudine Gay is a victim in all this - a consciously volitional victim, but a victim nonetheless.

If Fraudine had simply remained a feckless and lazy cog in one of the lower circles of Dante's adminstra-hell, her academic sins and low wattage mediocrity would have remained unnoticed (as it had for 25 years) and she could have retired with her dignity and her bank account.

Unfortunately, the Harvard corporation saw fit to pick her out to be the tip of the spear, in their efforts to restore Harvard to its past racist and classist glory. And also unfortunately, Fraudine was too dim and not self-aware enough to realize that her flawed academic record would then be under the spotlight.

Until the Jews (and other immigrants with brains) started washing up on the shores of Ellis Island in droves and forcing their way in (unfairly using their grit, brains, and integrity as leverage), Harvard was a finishing school for the patrician classes. Now, with DEI, they aim to get back to that - you just have to admit enough POCs (regardless of their qualifications) so as to get people to look the other way at your admitting "legacy" applicants (regardless of their qualifications). Harvard along with other elite schools are aiming to rid themselves of the 100-year albatross of merit-based education and get back to being homes for class and race-based prepping and networking.

Fraudine is guilty of nothing more than being a shill and a sacrificial lamb for the corporation. And now that her mediocrity and deceit are turning into a financial liability for Harvard, they will sacrifice her as an offering to the mobs of reason howling at the gates of the Yard (in the hope that doing so will restore gift-giving of yore). I predict that she'll be gone early in the Spring semester.
